Had a hard time with this

I had an overall good experience till the headphone jack of this headphone broke when inside the phone. I usually used these headphones at the gym. Everything was going fine, until one day the headphone jack remained in my phone. I had to really struggle to get it out .. I have used several headphones earlier. This has never happened to me in the past. Never expected this from Samsung.

Level On wired upper piece cracks

I had these headsets already replaced once under warranty after 10 months of use. The second set completely cracked after 6 months. The issue happens where the plastic arch piece meets the metal element holding the ear piece.

I have had my Headphones about 9 months, The plastic started to look like it was dry rot. Today finally the plastic gave way and cracked. Now I can not even put them on my ears they just fall apart. Sound Quality great but would never recommend it because the plastic is junk.

So after a few months of trying to keep the Level U's, these are not built well first of all. The rubber part new the back of the next keeps seperating from the plastic. Thus pinching my neck. It's so annoying. The bluetooth connection is an absolute joke. When I try to put the phone in my pocket, the phone would have this static effect, to which disturbs my enjoyment of music. Even close it'll sometimes have issues keeping strong connection. What a disappointment. These are my FOURTH pair of these headphones that are junk. I've grown to hate these headphones so much. Please re-do this design and add the most updated bluetooth version as the earbuds on this were perfect to my liking. I cannot do in-ear headphones as they are uncomfortable (Yes I'm talking about the Level U Pros).

I do medical transcription for a living, so it is imperative that I hear dictations crystal clear. These headphones deliver. The only downfall to this product is that it becomes uncomfortable to wear after a few hours (painful ears). More padding on the ears would be better.
